OLOJEDE DAVID OLAYINKA (MNIQS FICIArb MBA)
Olojede David Olayinka is a Professioal Quantity Surveyor and Construction Arbitrator. He also holds master of business Administration [finance] from University of Ado Ekiti . He is a Corporate member Nigeria Institute of Quantity Surveyors, Fellow Chartered institute of finance and control and Fellow institute of Construction Industry Arbitrators.
He worked with federal ministry of internal affairs (1987 – 1992) before he resigned voluntarily. He has worked with so many Quantity Surveying firms as a senior Quantity Surveyor. Among includes Ducon associates and Stade cost consultants (professional quantity surveyors and construction cost consultants). He joined CORRUF JEOL & CO. (CONSTRUCTION COMPANY) as an executive director, He co established David, David & Co (a real Estate consultants] and De capstone Ltd (Consortium and Turnkey) He has worked as a consultants and as developers on many projects such as Wuye market Abuja, Mamie market Ibadan, He consulted for BUPAF, BOWEN University Iwo and built department of physiotherapy and nursing. Several residential buildings, several shopping malls on build operate and transfer. The latest developments includes among others David’s Court (State of art finished terrace buildings at Oke Badan Akobo Ibadan., corjew mall, event and resort, David park and garden etc. He was the Chairman policy and advocacy Ibadan chambers of commerce and industry, He was a board member and the chairman monitoring and evaluation, Osun State college of Education Ila Orangun .
